GRAM Traffic Counting, Inc. was established in January 1998 in Austin, Texas. In August 1999, the company expanded, with an office opening in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex area. In August 2000, GRAM opened an office in Houston, Texas. In March 2004, satellite offices were opened in Dallas and San Antonio, Texas.
GRAM prides itself in responding to clients’ needs to conduct field data collection anywhere in the United States. GRAM specializes in planning and executing projects that range from small intersection analyses to large-scale, statewide data-collection programs; the data of these projects are always delivered in a timely and efficient manner and are of the highest quality.
GRAM has 35 full-time employees, along with 30 to 40 part-time experienced and well-trained employees. We make every effort to enhance our staff on the project site by hiring local personnel, where applicable.

GRAM complies with TxDOT-recommended standards for pre-employment and random drug screening, safety training, and sexual harassment training. We practice zero tolerance for any violations.
