GRAM utilizes proprietary custom-made software that allows us to be extremely efficient and cost effective for license plate surveys. Our highly-skilled technical staff runs video recording equipment in the field (regardless of climate) at the chosen locations, and our well-trained office staff then uses our proprietary software to identify license plate numbering for each specific locale.
